Tom Hardy for 'Lincoln: Vampire Hunter'?

According to Bloody Disgusting, the Inception actor is eyeing the part of Henry Sturges in the forthcoming adaptation of Seth Grahame-Smith's horror fantasy novel.
The Sturges character could serve as the narrator of the film, since the book is written from his point of view.
Night Watch director Timur Bekmambetov is directing the project with Tim Burton producing.
Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, a Twentieth Century Fox production, is expected to open in 2012.
