Aykroyd confirms 'Ghostbusters 3' rumours?

Dan Aykroyd has reportedly confirmed several rumours surrounding the casting for the third instalment of the Ghostbusters franchise.

Earlier this week, reports suggested that Anna Faris and Bill Hader will be making an appearance in the movie.

Bloody Disgusting reports that the film's writer and actor Aykroyd has confirmed in a radio interview in Chicago that the two stars are "strong possibilities".

Aykroyd also reportedly mentioned Dollhouse actress Eliza Dushku for a possible role, as well as confirming the return of Bill Murray and Sigourney Weaver.

However, no casting has yet to be officially confirmed.
