A book claiming Princess Diana was killed by the government is to be made into a film.
Screen Daily says William P Cartlidge (Educating Rita) will produce a movie based on Princess Diana: The Hidden Evidence by Jon King and John Beveridge.
The book, published in 2001, alleges that M16 had plotted to eliminate "one of the most prominent figures on the world stage".
Around £2.8 million is being spent on the British project, which will begin filming at Pinewood Studios this spring. Casting of the key roles has yet to begin.
