Producer Andrew Macdonald - whose credits include Trainspotting and The Last King Of Scotland - will give fans a sneak preview of the movie reboot at the London event.
"It is fantastic to be involved with Kapow! and I'm really looking forward to talking to all the fans about our upcoming Dredd movie," said Macdonald. "I'll be on the 2000AD panel with a little taster of what people can look forward to from our 2012 release."
Based on a screenplay by Alex Garland, the comic book adaptation features Karl Urban in the title role. Olivia Thirlby and Jason Cope will also appear in the film.
Announced earlier this week, Kapow! is being billed as the UK equivalent to the San Diego Comic-Con. Tickets for the event are available now via its official website.
