Slade admits 'Eclipse' was challenging
Published Sunday, Dec 5 2010, 16:31 GMT | By Tom Ayres

Slade claimed that the adaptation was a struggle simply due to the huge amount of material in Stephenie Meyer's novel compared to previous books Twilight and New Moon.
"What attracted me to Eclipse was that it was a great story," he told NME. "Also it was a tremendous challenge, it's a big thick book, there's a lot of epic things that happen.
"I felt that the film had to have a cinematic edge to it."
Twilight: Eclipse is released on DVD December 6.
