Speaking to The AP at a Tokyo news conference ahead of the film's Japanese premiere, Aguilera revealed that Burlesque's choreography did not always leave her looking her best.
"Probably the unsexiest thing is to see a dancer's feet," she said. "After dancing for 17 or 18 hours a day, every day, your feet are just bruises and calluses."
The 'Beautiful' singer also explained that she was intimidated by the many skilled dancers that worked on the movie.
"I was scared of being out there with real, professional dancers… It's harder than it looks."
Aguilera recently suggested that she ended her marriage to husband Jordan Bratman because their relationship had become "unhealthy".
