James Bond producers have denied similarities exist between the plot of their film and the shooting of Jean Charles de Menezes.
According to BBC News Online, a leaked script purportedly shows James Bond killing an unarmed bomb suspect, only to find he has killed the wrong man. The family of 27-year-old de Menezes say they would be in "shock" if the reports are accurate.
However, Michael G Wilson and Barbara Broccoli have stated: "We categorically deny reports that the script of Casino Royale bears any resemblance to the tragic death of the innocent Brazilian citizen Mr Jean Charles de Menezes. In the script of Casino Royale James Bond does not kill any innocent people."
