A new documentary on Johnny Cash has been announced following the success of biopic Walk the Line.
The Man In Black: A Documentary plans to follow the whole of the legend's life in more depth than the Hollywood film. It will address face-on issues such as the singer's drug addiction and relationship with June Carter.
Unlike the biopic, it will look at Cash's commercial comeback in the nineties until his 2003 death.
The documentary's DVD release is set for May 1, by Sanctuary Records.
