Sackhoff signs up for 'Sexy Evil Genius'

Battlestar Galactica alumni Katee Sackhoff has signed on for a new black comedy from Greek producer Shawn Piller.

Heat Vision reports that Sackhoff will star in Sexy Evil Genius as the film's villainous lead.

The movie tells the story of a group of 30-something men who meet up at the behest of their mutual ex-girlfriend as part of a plot for her to take revenge on them.

Sexy Evil Genius was scripted by filmmaker Scott Lew, who came up with the idea for the picture after directing the 2006 teen comedy Cool Ideas.

Sackhoff is well known for her television roles on both Battlestar Galactica and 24, but has also starred in a handful of films including The Last Sentinel and White Noise 2.

Sexy Evil Genius currently has no announced release date.
