The Moon director revealed on Twitter that he is no longer attached to submarine survival story Escape From The Deep, but has two other movies he is working on as potential Source Code follow-ups.
"Not on the sub movie anymore, but trying hard to get one of two things made next: Mute is one of those two,” he wrote on the social networking site.
Mute, which Jones described to DS as his "love letter to Blade Runner", centres on a bartender in search of his missing partner in a futuristic Berlin.
Source Code will premiere as the opening night film of the SXSW festival on March 11.
