'Tron' director 'has thought about sequel'

Joseph Kosinski has revealed that he would consider making a sequel to Tron Legacy.

The director said that he believes the film created a world of "possibilities" and that audience response would determine the possibility of future instalments.

"Yeah, and I think we've created a world that has a lot of possibilities in it. It was important to me that we created those connections back to the original film," he told MTV News.

"If audiences are interested in this movie and decide they want to go back, and we can find the right story and a way to push the envelope again, I would definitely consider going back."

Tron Legacy is now in theatres worldwide.
