Kylie Minogue 'plotting big screen return'

The 'Get Outta My Way' singer, who previously starred in Moulin Rouge and scored a part in a 2007 Doctor Who Christmas special, mused that she would like to make her return to the silver screen in a big budget musical.
Speaking to Kate Thornton for an upcoming Radio 2 Kylie special, she confessed: "I don’t know why I haven’t done it yet. Musicals are, it’s no surprise, right up my alley and I would be in seventh heaven doing a musical. It’s going to happen somehow but I need to be a bit more pro-active."
Minogue hinted earlier this year that she would consider reprising her breakthrough role as Charlene Robinson in Neighbours.
