Dolly Parton to perform at Oscars

Dolly Parton and Kathleen "Bird" York have arranged to perform at the 78th Academy Awards ceremony.
Grammy award-winning Parton will give a rendition of her song Travelin' Thru, taken from the movie Transamerica, for which she has received a nomination in the category for best original song.
Meanwhile, York will perform In The Deep from Crash, for which she has received a nomination for writing the music and the lyrics, with co-composer Michael Becker also nominated for his contribution to the music.
The Academy Awards Ceremony will take place on March 5 in the Kodak Theatre at the Hollywood & Highland Centre.
