Angelina Jolie wants to star in French film

Angelina Jolie has expressed a desire to star in a French film as a tribute to her late mother Marcheline Bertrand.

According to WENN, the Salt actress explained that she is currently studying the language in order to one day shoot a movie in France.

"I'm going to practice [French] and try to become fluent in the next few years," she said.

The star continued: "I would love to do a movie in French when my French gets a little better."

Jolie recently filmed scenes in Paris alongside Johnny Depp for their thriller The Tourist.
