Dominic Purcell and Orlando Jones have agreed to star in Touchstone Pictures' crocodile thriller Primeval.
Written by John Brancato and Michael Ferris (The Game), the film tells the story of a news crew sent to South Africa to encapture Gustave, a notorious 25-foot crocodile. Perhaps predictably, they find that the creature is no walkover, and their situation turns from bad to worse when they are targeted by a warlord.
Michael Katleman will direct the feature which, according to The Hollywood Reporter, is inspired by a real man-eating crocodile in Africa. Gavin Polone is producing.
