Diaz, who featured in the 2000 film and it's 2003 sequel alongside Drew Barrymore and Lucy Liu, told E! that movie bosses could decide to recast the trio.
"I would love to!" she said when asked if she would reprise her role. "Of course I would. Why wouldn't I? It'd be fun!"
She continued: "I don't know if we'll do it. I mean, we played the movie as the new crop of Charlie's Angels and we never were trying to be [or] pretend we were the other girls. So it might just be time for a new crop of girls to come on."
Diaz appears in action-adventure remake The Green Hornet, which opens on January 14 in US and UK cinemas
