According to The Hollywood Reporter, the three stars could join the large ensemble cast of the Valentine's Day follow-up.
Jessica Biel, Jon Bon Jovi, Abigail Breslin, Robert De Niro, Zac Efron, Ashton Kutcher, Seth Meyers, Lea Michele, Sarah Jessica Parker, Michelle Pfeiffer, Til Schweiger, Sienna Miller, Hilary Swank, Halle Berry and Sofia Vergara have all signed to feature in the movie.
American Idol host Seacrest would play a version of himself in the romantic comedy, Transformers actor Duhamel is eyeing the role of a man searching for a mystery woman, and Ice Cube would portray a New York cop who works with Swank.
Director Garry Marshall plans to begin shooting the film in February.
