The Victorian shack, which was made famous as the Kerrigan family's holiday home in the 1997 cult Australian movie starring Eric Bana, has been put on the market for $195,000 (£122,000).
Real estate agent Andrew Houghton told the ABC: "We've had people from all over Australia calling for it - even overseas."
The two-bedroom property has been used as a rental home for years.
