Crowe, who won a 'Best Actor' Academy Award for Gladiator in 2001, said that anyone nominated in the Animal Kingdom star's 'Best Supporting Actress' category at this year's Oscars could take home the award.
Crowe told The Daily Telegraph: "I was a bit worried for [Jacki after she missed out on an award at the Golden Globes], but there has been such great word of mouth.
"But it's a big category... Hailee Steinfeld from True Grit, Melissa Leo in The Fighter... that's a heck of a performance. But at this stage, everyone is in a position to win."
