Gwyneth Paltrow is set to sing at the 2011 Academy Awards as some of the 'Best Original Song' nominees prepare to play live.

It has been announced that the actress will sing 'Coming Home' from her movie Country Strong.

Composer A.R. Rahman has drafted in Florence Welch - Florence and the Machine - to provide vocals on 'If I Rise' from Danny Boyle's 127 Hours. Welch replaces the unavailable Dido.

Mandy Moore and Zachary Levi will play 'I See the Light' from animated film Tangled, while Randy Newman will offer 'We Belong Together' from Toy Story 3.

The Hollywood showpiece takes place on February 27.
