In documents obtained by TMZ, Moore claimed that producer Weinstein did not honour an agreement to split profits from the film 50-50 and instead diverted money brought in from the project, using it for personal expenses.
Moore's lawyer Larry Stein accused Fellowship of using "bogus accounting methods to hide the true amounts due Westside" and taking much of Fahrenheit 9/11's over-$222 million in profits for itself.
The helmer is seeking $2.7 million in compensation.
