Anton Yelchin boards 'Odd Thomas'

The film is based on the book series by Dean Koontz, reports Bloody Disgusting.
The novels follow a young man named Odd Thomas who has the ability to understand the dead.
Stephen Sommers (G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra) is attached to direct the project.
Yelchin has previously appeared in Star Trek and Terminator Salvation.
