According to The Hollywood Reporter, telecast producers Bruce Cohen and Don Mischer announced that the Sherlock Holmes actor has been added to the list of celebrity presenters.
Law was nominated for an Oscar in 2003 for his lead performance in Cold Mountain and in 1999 for his supporting role in The Talented Mr. Ripley.
Other presenters include Annette Bening, Halle Berry, Oprah Winfrey, Hugh Jackman, Robert Downey Jr, Jeff Bridges, Sandra Bullock and Marisa Tomei.
James Franco and Anne Hathaway will host the ceremony, which will air on ABC on February 27.
