According to Variety, Innocence is based on Jane Mendelsohn's 2000 novel of the same name, and will star Academy Award nominee Abigail Breslin opposite Julianne Moore.
Breslin will play a young girl who attends an elitist and mysterious private school, but soon discovers that a nest of vampires have taken up residence there.
Innocence is due to begin filming this summer.
