According to the Daily Mail, the upcoming biopic contains a dream sequence where Thatcher remembers dancing the Polka with her husband (Jim Broadbent), who then transforms into Denis Thatcher as his young self (Harry Lloyd). The scene will also reportedly see Thatcher meet other figures from her life.
Lloyd, who appears in upcoming HBO series Game Of Thrones, described Thatcher as someone of "great confidence when she was in power".
"Whatever you thought about her policies, whatever her legacy ends up being, you can't deny that you knew exactly what she stood for," he said.
Additionally, producers are searching of an actor to play Ronald Reagan in 1981 when he was aged 70. The non-speaking role requires the lookalike to appear in a scene waltzing with Thatcher.
