Blanchett accepts Oscar presenting duties

Telecast producers Bruce Cohen and Don Mischer announced on Tuesday that the I'm Not There star will be among Oscar night's celebrity presenters, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Blanchett won an Oscar in 2004 for her supporting role in Martin Scorsese's The Aviator. She was also nominated in the category of 'Best Supporting Actress' in 2006 and 2007.
The actress also received a 'Best Actress' Oscar nomination in 1998 and 2007 for her performance as Queen Elizabeth I in Elizabeth and its sequel Elizabeth: The Golden Age.
James Franco and Anne Hathaway will host the ceremony, which will air on ABC on February 27.
Other presenters include Jude Law, Annette Bening, Reese Witherspoon, Halle Berry, Oprah Winfrey, Hugh Jackman and Jeff Bridges.
