French production company Full House has optioned I Am Legion.
The Paris-based business is to turn Fabien Nury and John Cassaday's comic into an English-language movie.
According to Variety, the film will be directed by Nacho Cerda (The Abandoned) from a screenplay by Richard Stanley (Hardware).
Published by Les Humanoides Associes in French and by Humanoids/DC and Humanoids/Devil’s Due in English, the series tells the tale of a Nazi plot to create an army of monsters using a 12-year-old vampire girl.
Production is due to begin in late 2011.
