Hell's Angels are suing Walt Disney, claiming their logo and name have been used without permission.
The Californian branch of the group says that characters in the screenplay for Wild Hogs, who are identified as Hell's Angels, use its skull emblem. They insist Disney never offered them a copy of the script.
A Disney Corporation spokesman said the claim is without merit.
