Anna Faris will star in upcoming stoner comedy Smiley Face, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Directed by Gregg Araki, it focuses on an unmotivated young actress (Faris) who has a day of misadventures after inadvertently partaking in her roommate's cannabis-filled brownies.
Also appearing in the Dylan Haggerty-penned film are John Krasinski, John Cho and Jane Lynch.
Production begins this week.
