The film is a remake of a 2008 Belgian murder mystery movie, reports Variety.
Erik Van Looy, the director of the original, has signed to helm the remake from a script by A Nightmare on Elm Street screenwriter Wesley Strick.
The film centres on five married friends who rent a loft to have flings with their mistresses. Trouble arises when a dead body is found in the loft and the friends start to suspect each other of the murder.
Shooting is expected to begin this spring.
