The series will be honoured with the CinemaCon 'Hall Of Fame' award.
Harry Potter producer David Heyman will receive the award at the CinemaCon conference on March 31 at Las Vegas's Caesars Palace, announced trade conference head Mitch Neuhauser.
"Since the first film hit theatres in 2001, Harry Potter has created a global phenomenon unlike anything ever seen before," said Neuhauser in a statement.
He added: "Ten years and seven blockbuster films later, [it's] the most successful film franchise of all time - having entertained and thrilled audiences of all generations around the world."
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2, directed by David Yates, opens July 15.
The film will have its world premiere at London's Trafalgar Square and Leicester Square on July 7.
Oscar winner Helen Mirren will also be honoured at the forthcoming CinemaCon convention.
