Freddie Prinze Jr has signed on star in director and star Vanessa Parise's new romantic comedy Dick and Jane vs the World, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Unrelated to the similarly titled Fun with Dick and Jane, the film focuses on a bored but successful advertiser who falls for his free-spirit actress roommate Jane. Together, they come up with a manifesto of rules to live by, the top one on the list being to be honest. However, Jane has a secret.
Shooting will begin in Los Angeles next month.
