The Zack Snyder-helmed Sucker Punch, released today in the States, held its world premiere at Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Hollywood. Boasting a girl-power ensemble that includes Emily Browning, Abbie Cornish and Jena Malone, the stars duly walked the red carpet to promote their film.
A lot of hype has been attached to the movie, backed by glowing comments from the actresses themselves. Malone previously said in an interview that "it's the most amazing film I've ever had the chance to work on", while Vanessa Hudgens, who plays Blondie, enthused that Sucker Punch shows "true woman empowerment".
The action movie, out in the UK on April 1, is also supported by seasoned actress Carla Gugino and Mad Men's Jon Hamm.
