Goldman co-wrote the original Kick-Ass with director Matthew Vaughn. The film was based on the comic book by Mark Millar and John Romita Jr.
Speaking to Absolute Radio about the possibility of a follow-up to the 2010 movie, Goldman said: "I don't think it's going to happen."
She added: "At the moment it's not in the works. We're all doing different things at the moment. We would love to do it again, but we've all been pulled in different directions."
Goldman previously denied rumours that she had begun writing the script for a project titled Kick-Ass 2: Balls to the Wall.
She recently reteamed with Vaughn to pen the upcoming superhero movie X-Men: First Class.
The pair previously collaborated on the 2007 fantasy film Stardust.
