It was reported this week that Christopher Nolan and Emma Thomas have been approached to produce the DC team-up, which sees intergalactic vigilante Hal Jordan, aka the Green Lantern, fighting alongside other heroes such as Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman.
However, Reynolds told Variety that he has not been asked to cross over to the new project after the Green Lantern movie hits cinemas this summer.
He said: "That's a whole business model and nothing to do with me at all. No one has ever approached me about doing a Justice League movie. We'll see if they do it in the long run."
Warner Bros president Jeff Robinov confirmed this week that Nolan's Batman franchise will be rebooted after 2012's The Dark Knight Rises, likely resulting in a new variation of the character appearing in Justice League.
Doubts have also emerged over Wonder Woman's presence in the film, as a TV series featuring the character continues to advance.
It has been speculated that the Justice League movie, which is planned to arrive in 2013, will stray from Marvel's rival superhero project The Avengers by serving as a standalone feature.
Green Lantern arrives in the UK and the US on June 17.
