The former Victoria's Secret model joined the cast of Michael Bay's second sequel Transformers: Dark Of The Moon last summer, after it was announced that original female lead Megan Fox would not be returning.
Huntington-Whiteley admitted that although she was initially shocked at being cast in the film, she thoroughly enjoyed the the experience of being part of such a big project.
"It was a crazy opportunity that was handed to me, and I spent seven months making the movie with a great cast and a great director, and it's been a rollercoaster of a lifetime for sure," she told MTV News at this weekend's CinemaCon in San Francisco. "I"m still on it, i don't know if I'm going to get off any time soon."
Huntington-Whiteley also praised director Michael Bay for his workaholic approach to making the film, attributing the franchise's success to his unending enthusiasm for the source material.
Transformers: Dark Of The Moon is scheduled for release in UK and US cinemas on July 1.
