Evans, who plays the title role in the highly-anticipated superhero movie, told Coming Soon that there will be a song in a scene where Captain America goes on tour.
"There is a Captain America song, but I don't sing it," he said. "[The US government uses] me as a propaganda tool and they send me on a USO Tour. So there's a whole Captain America song, and they try to make him a little bit of a celebrity to try and sell bonds."
He added: "I couldn't stop humming [that song]! It was so annoying. But it's a funny sequence actually."
The actor recently explained his reasons for joining Captain America, saying that he wanted to play a character who has conflict.
Writers Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely have already started working on a sequel to the movie and teased that it could potentially span decades.
Captain America: The First Avenger is scheduled to open in cinemas on July 22.
