Eddie Murphy's comedy project Norbit has gained four supporting cast members in the form of Thandie Newton, Cuba Gooding Jr., Eddie Griffin and Terry Crews.
Directed by Brian Robbins (The Shaggy Dog), the story centres on weak-willed Norbit (Murphy) who is pressured into marrying a overly-strong-willed woman (also Murphy). This becomes all the more annoying when he stumbles across his ideal woman (Newton).
Gooding will play the boyfriend of Newton's character, Griffin portrays a retired pimp, whilst Crews will take the role of one of Norbit's in-laws, according to Variety.
