Mel Gibson attends 'The Beaver' Cannes premiere

Mel Gibson has attended the Cannes Film Festival premiere of his latest movie The Beaver.
The actor, whose controversial private life has threatened his Hollywood career, walked the red carpet hand-in-hand with Beaver co-star and director Jodie Foster on the Croisette last night to promote the comedy drama.
The Beaver screenwriter Kyle Killen and models Bar Refaeli and Naomi Campbell were also present for the premiere. The film, featuring Anton Yelchin, Jennifer Lawrence and Cherry Jones, will open in the UK on June 17.
