Kate Bosworth excited about 'Superman' role

Kate Bosworth feels ready to play Lois Lane in Superman Returns.
The Blue Crush actress began her career with a small part in The Horse Whisperer, and says having started small means she has honed her acting skills over the years.
She explained: "I'm ready for this. For me, it's a marathon, not a sprint. I want to be able to explore different things and feel out different projects and I don't need it so fast you know. I'm just glad this role didn't come earlier. I feel solid in myself now."
