Johnny Depp is being courted to play Michael Hutchence in a new biopic of the rock star.
Directed by the INXS frontman's brother Rhett, Slide Away will be filmed in Australia with the cooperation of the Hutchence estate.
Film-makers reportedly want to cast Depp, Rachel Griffiths, Eric Bana, Sienna Miller and Naomi Watts in the biopic.
