'Daria' fans pick Aubrey Plaza to play movie role

The Parks and Recreation actress - who topped an MTV Clutch fan-voted poll to decide who should take on the part - agreed to join the project after the website contacted her via Twitter.
"@MTVClutch Fine. I'll do it," she wrote. "I cost 3 million dollars. When do we start?"
Fans also chose Ellen Page for the role of Jane, Emily Osment for Quinn and Adrian Grenier as Trent. Will Ferrell, Annette Bening, Dianna Agron, James van der Beek and Christopher Walken also placed in the poll.
Plaza has previously appeared on screen in Funny People, Scott Pilgrim vs The World and Mystery Team.
She can next be seen alongside Scott Porter, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Andy Samberg and Donald Glover in The Hand Job.
