'The Muppets' spoofs 'Green Lantern' in new trailer

The latest trailer for The Muppets has spoofed Ryan Reynolds's superhero movie Green Lantern.
The new minute-long 'Being Green' teaser pokes fun at this week's comic book blockbuster, with a modified Green Lantern oath being recited by Kermit the Frog. The promo follows on from trailers that parodied romantic comedies and The Hangover: Part II.

The Muppets centres on Jason Segel's Gary and Amy Adams's Mary as they attempt to raise $10 million in order to save the Muppet Theatre from the clutches of oilman Tex Richman (Chris Cooper).
The movie opens in the US on November 23 and February 17, 2012 in the UK. Green Lantern is in cinemas worldwide from tomorrow.
