The red carpet event, which will take over London's Trafalgar Square and Leicester Square on July 7, is to broadcast on the official Harry Potter YouTube channel from 4pm-7pm GMT (8am-11am PT).
Harry Potter stars Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint, alongside the supporting cast, filmmakers and a host of celebrity guests will attend next Thursday's premiere.
YouTube will also introduce a host of new features for the premiere - making available all seven previous Harry Potter movies to rent, behind-the-scenes footage, featurettes, parodies and interviews through the site.
Sky 3D earlier announced that Alex Zane and Edith Bowman will front a three-hour live programme to cover the premiere.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 is the final movie in JK Rowling's wizard saga and will open in cinemas worldwide on July 15.
