Chris Rock joins 'What to Expect When You're Expecting'

According to Deadline, comedian Rock has signed on in a supporting role which casts him as a lecturer who offers advice to fathers-to-be about their new responsibilities.
Up In The Air star Kendrick has also joined up as one of the film's main characters, a young woman who ends up reuniting with an old flame only to end up with a surprise pregnancy.
The adaptation, from Nanny McPhee director Kirk Jones, is expected to begin filming this summer.
The project's ensemble cast already includes Cameron Diaz, Isla Fisher, Ed Helms and Brooklyn Decker, and a supporting role from Jennifer Lopez.
What to Expect When You're Expecting will hit US cinemas on May 11, 2012.
