The 22-year-old stated that though he expected the kiss between his character Ron and Watson's Hermione to be awkward, the experience was actually "fine", according to an interview with Attitude.
"The kissing scene... was actually fine," Grint said. "It seemed like the most unnatural thing to do, to kiss this person I'd known since she was nine. It took a while to get into it and put our friendship aside."

Grint went on to describe the scene in question, confessing that he and Watson kept laughing.
"It's quite full-on, a proper snog," Grint said. "We're soaking wet as well - they dumped gallons of water on us and then we just went for it. We laughed a lot and it took us a while to concentrate. We did it about four times."
In the same interview, Grint said that he believes that J.K. Rowling is unlikely to pen anymore Harry Potter books.
Rowling admitted in November that she is not certain that the Harry Potter story is over, stating that she could return to the series in the future.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 opens in cinemas in the US and the UK on July 15.
