The Superbad star took to Twitter to announce that filming on the remake of the '80s undercover cop show starring Johnny Depp had been completed on July 2.
"21 Jump Street just officially wrapped. See you March 16, 2012," Hill wrote, referring to the movie's release date.
In April, it was reported that Depp will be making a cameo appearance in the big-screen adaptation of the former television series, reprising his role as Officer Tom Hanson.
In addition to Hill and Depp, 21 Jump Street stars Channing Tatum, Ice Cube, Brie Larson, Rob Riggle, and James Franco's younger brother Dave.
Bridesmaids actress Ellie Kemper joined the cast of 21 Jump Street in mid-June to play an "annoyingly sincere high school teacher".
Tatum recently joined the cast of the thriller Blood Brothers, an original project from The Blue Hour writer Eric Nazarian and Mongol writer and director Sergei Bodrov.
