Christina Ricci has spoken about her role in upcoming film Penelope.
The film follows a young woman who can only get rid of a family curse by finding love and accepting herself.
"It's all about sort of self acceptance and not hating yourself. But mostly, I think, beyond all that, we are just trying to make a really gorgeous, entertaining film. A fantasy," itv.com quotes Ricci as saying.
"I mean, this story takes place very much inside a kind of a created, surrealistic, kind of world. So, hopefully people will just get wrapped up in the fantasy of all of it."
