The actor also told Metro that the characters played by Kevin Spacey and Colin Farrell bring important parts to the film.
Sudeikis said of the suggestion that the film's appeal is related to Aniston being vulgar: "If people come for that purpose they'll certainly get their earful.
"The best part of the movie is the sum of all the parts. Each of the bosses brings a fun part to the movie."

Asked if the movie trivialises sexual harassment, Sudeikis said: "I don't think so. I'd hate to think someone was put through that physical and mental torment on a daily basis regardless of how attractive the tormentor might be."
Sudeikis added of working with Farrell, who plays his boss Bobby: "He'd hosted Saturday Night Live and I'd spent a week with him on that and knew he was very funny so it didn't surprise me he was as game for this role as he was."
