Work on 'Prince Caspian' delayed
Published Friday, May 19 2006, 14:36 BST | By Daniel Saney
The expected release date for the second film in the new Chronicles of Narnia franchise has been moved to summer 2008.
Returning to the director's chair is Andrew Adamson, who has decided that he needs more time on Prince Caspian, according to BBC News Online. The movie was previously expected to hit screens next Christmas.
Expectations for the follow-up are high due to the success of last year's The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe, which became Disney's biggest UK box office hit ahead of family favourite Toy Story 2.
